Air Force Scandal Prompts Changes at Training Base

The U.S. Air Force declared Wed that it is modifying how it chooses regulators and trainers who practice new employees after a sex scandal at its training head office in which a variety of women employees said they were poorly contacted, intimately bothered or raped by men trainers.

"Interviews expose that some (instructors) was missing the experience. necessary to successfully provide as instructions and management and had little to no supervisory experience, " the research determined. "This deficiency of skill is considered particularly acceptable when only one (instructor) is usually responsible for a journey of 50 or more individuals."
