Facebook says that it was attacked by sophisticated users.A security expert says that this attack originated in China.It is also said that,'Facebook alone was not in the attack'.
Mark Zuckerberg says that,"In reality Hacking means building something new quickly and testing.It was an unidentified hacker group and there was no evidence for this attack.
Facebook also says that,"It is continuously working along with internal engineering teams to prevent such activities in future".
This attack occurred when a handful of employees visited a mobile developer website that
was compromised.The laptops of these employees were fully-patched and running up-to-date antivirus software.Once it was found,steps were taken to remediate the infected machines.There was no evidence for this attack.
