Google has introduced its Google playbooks in Indian market.There are about 4 million collections and the users can download e-books from these collections.The book store is available live in web version and also in mobile version version.The users can also install this application on their android mobile and iOS mobiles.The users can download,manage the books that they have purchased.The boos can be previewed by the users before buying them.
The site has been designed keeping the Indian market in mind.Google has not enabled music and movie downloads.Last year Amazon's kindle e-book was made available in India.The Hobbit and LOTR,Dan Brown books are available in this book store.
